About DRuMS

DRuMS Previewer
DRuMS Previewer is a a browser-based interface showcasing the DRuMS color schemes. DRuMS colors have been optimized for use in computer-based visualization of 3D structures. The package includes schemes for coloring by element, secondary structure, hydrophobicity, macromolecule, and more.
Some features of the DRuMS Previewer:- uses actual 3D structures from the protein data bank.
