About Color Gradients

• Use Color Gradients to create Jmol, Rasmol, and Chime-compatible scripts to color 3D structures from N to C terminus.
• You can create a gradient for a single chain, each chain of a multi-chain file, or create a single gradient that spans multiple chains. Up to 4 chains are supported.
• This utility will run in any Web browser.
